All of this in the hands of a professional handler Pat Martello.

Matthew as born at the Showa kennel in England, he was shown by Sarah Matthews to his Irish Champion title and came to America as a very warmly expected young male. Matthew combines the very old English lines with the Orlane lines through his sire Am.Ch. Orlane´s Cousteau. Costeau was sent to England to Mr. Ken Woosnam of the Saxonsprings fame to continue the world-known tradition of Orlane-Saxonspring combination. Unfortunatelly, Ken was not to live to see the results. In the honor of Ken and the wonderful Jean Blyth, Matthew was trully a blessing.

Here being shown at 5 months with the late Ken Woosnam and finishing his US Championship with Linda under Mr. Don Evans!

In America, he quickly finished his title with Linda showing him, we thought he should be specialed. This was possible thanks to Mrs. Edie Jones of Lion Shadow Pekingese, who co-owned Matthew with us and supported him. I will be forever grateful to Edie for this! During his career, Matthew was shown by Pat Martello.

These are just a very few of Matthew´s spectacular show career.

Now, as a retired show dog, Matthew is proving himself as a great stud dog as well. He has already ROM on his name, producing some wonderful lhasas for Orlane and others.
